Blocklete Games Cheating Policy

We have had some questions around what constitutes cheating in the Blocklete Golf game. So we wanted to be clear on our no tolerance policy for cheating.

We take cheating extremely seriously because Blocklete Golf is a skill based, play to earn game where people own their in-game assets. The in-game assets are therefore valued by the outcomes of game play, in which those who use any type of cheating mechanisms would be implicitly devaluing other people’s assets.

Here is the list of activities that we will deem as cheating:

• The use of third party apps, software or programs that include hacks, bots or tools designed to modify game content or data
• Manipulating any of the in-game code to change the shot variables to your advantage
• Creating any type of lagged experience that slows down the distance or control meters
• Exploiting any in-game bugs or issues
• Any other uses of the game that is not intended without our consent

If we find any of our golfer owners participating in any of these activities, we will suspend the golfer and/or golfer owner from any contests or tournaments for the rest of the season or, in extreme cases, we retain the right to remove the golfer/golfer owners from the game. We will also not award the ability points or ETH prizes within any rounds that we have found cheating behavior in.

If you happen to find a way to exploit the game, please notify us immediately, we will remedy the bug immediately. Rest assured, our contests and tournament game play have built in mechanics that prevent cheating. In addition, we are actively monitoring cheating behavior.

WIth that said, we have found no cheating behaviors to date. We did find a positive correlation between time spent playing, the number of golfers played and the consistency of high scores. Some of our most practiced players did share their tips and tricks with us. Be sure to read and adopt some of their strategies!
